A group rate of $109 per night for a single or double room has been arranged (plus applicable taxes of 12.05%).

The $29 daily resort charge is waived. Please disregard this charge while confirming your reservations as this will not show on your final bill.

Note that this special rate will be honored by the hotel for all meeting registrants for the period May 5 – May 11, 2017.

The deadline for hotel reservations is April 17, 2018.  Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

Our negotiated STM rate is about 50% of the normal rate so please be sure to make your hotel reservations before April 17, 2018. STM has guaranteed enough rooms for most of our projected number of attendees. Please understand that a commitment is made to the host hotel that a specified number of hotel rooms will be occupied by the meeting attendees. In exchange for the hotel room occupation, we are provided with complimentary meeting space, along with many other cost-saving concessions. If you do not make your reservations on or before the April 17, 2018 deadline you may be without a room and the STM will be assessed penalties for not meeting our guaranteed room block. Making your reservation saves you money and helps protect the STM financially.
