2023 STM Meeting Registration Information

If you are an active STM member, registration rates are automatically calculated based on your membership status when you provide your login data. CLICK HERE TO LOGIN and then return to this page to continue registration. A registration product selection module will appear on the left side of the page when logged in.

Non-members must Register for an Account to conduct online transactions or purchase a membership. Future visits to the website will only require login.

All non-STM members purchasing the non-member Scholar-in-Training Rate Registration MUST submit a student status verification form which can be downloaded HERE.

Early Bird Rates were available through March 15, 2023. After that date a $100 late registration fee has been added.

Cancellations, Substitutions & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and emailed to STM@allenpress.com on or prior to March 15, 2023.

We reserve the right to substitute speakers, or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other circumstances. If meeting must be cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control of(including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, failure of transportation, weather, accidents, fires, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, postal delays, explosions, and government orders or regulations), STM may refund the appropriate registration fees to meeting registrants.

(504) 525-5566STM has negotiated special discounts for meeting attendees at the Buena Vista Palace.It certainly is your choice as to where to stay during the meeting, but please understand that commitments are made to the host hotels that a specified number of hotel rooms will be occupied by our meeting attendees. In exchange for the hotel room occupation, we are provided with complimentary meeting space, along with many other cost-saving concessions.STM continues to make every effort to keep costs at a minimum for those attending the Annual Meeting. We ask for your help in assuring that there are no negative financial implications to the society and the membership. Please give strong consideration to use the designated host hotel for your lodging needs and unless emergencies arise, avoid cancellations and/or early departures.
