The official scientific journal of STM is the International Journal of Hyperthermia. The Journal is published 8 times per year. The journal publishes papers from three major areas of hyperthermia research:

1. Clinical studies
2. Biological studies
3. Methodological techniques (i.e. heat delivery and temperature measurement).
